Why do I pray?
I pray because it comforts me at a time when I seem to have no control of the present nor the future, the only thing that seems clear is the past.
I prayed in the past and it was not.
Why?
Are some of the requests we have in our prayers not heard?
It is so easy to say why pray when you don't seem to receive a response.
What I believe is that all prayers reach the destination you want but sometimes the help we ask for is given to someone that couldn't pray at all.
Its good to know that all prayers are heard and for that I give thanks.
